Shipping Policy
SHIPPING:
***We will ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
***If we receive an order by noon Pacific Time, it will most likely ship the same day.
Orders received after noon will be shipped no later than the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by size and weight of the order and the zone to which it is being shipped.
CARRIERS:
Customers have the option of choosing carrier and service type. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL.
FREE SHIPPING:
In the UNITED STATES, orders that exceed $100.00 automatically receive FREE SHIPPING.
This applies to one full-order shipment and cannot be combined with any other discounts, codes, promotions, etc.
If one or more items is not currently in stock, and is back-ordered, SmartFelt Toys will ship for free once the order is complete. The customer has the option of paying for the shipping of the available items if they wish.
For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on size of order and zone it's being shipped to.
